Advocate for Claimants and Skilled Negotiator in Insurance and Construction Law

David is a dedicated attorney at Saeed & Little LLP, specializing in representing individuals and communities in disputes with insurance carriers. With a firm commitment to protecting claimants' rights, David challenges the unfair tactics often employed by insurance companies to minimize or deny claims. Insurance carriers frequently engage in practices that frustrate claimants, prolong the claims process, and deplete resources, forcing unfair settlements. David is resolute in acting on behalf of claimants to counter these practices.

Before becoming an attorney, David amassed years of experience as a skilled laborer and contractor. His background in storm-related insurance claims provided him with an in-depth understanding of the claims process and the strategies used by insurance companies to deny, delay, and defend against paying legitimate claims. This unique perspective enhances his ability to advocate effectively for his clients.

David earned his law degrees in both the U.S. and Canada in 2012 and joined Saeed & Little LLP in 2013 before being made a partner in 2018. In addition to his work with insurance claims, he assists clients with construction law, first-party insurance litigation, contract disputes, personal injury cases, and wrongful death suits.

A lifelong Hoosier, David was raised in Hendricks County and maintains strong ties to the area. Growing up in a farming community instilled in him a robust work ethic and a deep commitment to his clients. David's rural roots and professional journey have shaped his approach to law, making him a relentless advocate for those he represents.
